If only I could give this place 0 stars. Shoppers be aware. My fiancé and I went to go look for a dining room table that we needed in Nov. We recently had a terrible experience with city furniture so we thought to look more local. Arrived and knew what we wanted. Spoke to a sales guy named Brian paid in full and everything. Seemed like an awesome dude was talking down on city furniture agreeing the situation we had is ridiculous and said he will have stools and bench the next week and the table no later than Jan. bc everything was made in USA.Mind you we had again a horrible experience with city

I am a little hesitant to buy here for my mother.
Let me get the good thing out of the way. If you have been to this chains store in Stuart Like I have, this store is better. Less damaged furniture on the floor and a little cleaner inside than there.
Now the problem is their customer care and customer service.
A lot of people in other reviews talk about buying brand new furniture and having it delivered damaged, so I wanted to know their return policy if that happens. I emailed the store from their website asking about it and no one answered. I clicked on the link on the web page for return

They are crooks and lying! Why they allowed to do this?
Brother in law and sister bought furniture here
They told delivery soon but waited months!
When delivered 2 items missing and one thing brand new but broken.
Family Furniture not want to fix so I get involved and call.
Still dont have furniture they paid for and still have broken furniture but they wont give back their money.
No money now to buy other furniture someplace else, but no furniture. My sister crying but they dont care. Why is that allowed? It stealing?

HORRIBLE! They came to my house 3 times with a broken bed. Then they were supposed to came back and never did. I had to call them and had to wait an additional 3 days. Once they came back the 4th time they didn’t bring the screws . So they had to come back again this time they brung the screws but didn’t have the wood foots for the bottom of the bed . They told us they will be back in the morning they came damn near at 6pm in the evening this will be their 6th time at my house and the bed is still incomplete. We paid cash , no lease no nothing. To give a company your hard earned money and poor

Family Furniture Of America is amazing! I'm very grateful for them... they helped me with furniture for my new home I had everything in 3 days . My kids wanted me to tell Family Furniture Of America that the Two men that put their beds together were awesome and did a great job. We thank you all Family Furniture Of America! ❤

Do not recommend, they seem to cut corners to save themselves money.
We shopped all over for furniture and had bad experiences at 2 different Family furniture stores.
I question strongly where they store their furniture, likely not in a good warehouse. You can buy the same thing from here you get form other stores but when you get it from Family furniture it seems what is actually delivered to you doesn't last as long or is lower quality? I'd like to know how long the furniture is sitting in their warehouse or backroom, or what condition that storage area is in, because there seems to be problems

They are overpriced. They play games with pricing. If you pay the price they show on the label, then it is your own fault. Walk out and they will chase you down to give you a better price, but then they will tack on extras.
Horrible way to treat customers. I'm not coming back and I honestly question the high rated reviews here, something is fishy.

I cannot understand how a business can be so disorganized and so openly care so little about their customers. We came here because of a lot of their positive reviews we read but I have no idea why there are so many good reviews.
First, my mother did buy from here earlier this year and they told her the item she wanted was one they had. 2.5 months later she finally got it delivered, after I had to make a few calls to them.
Now, we stopped in last week after not finding what we wanted at a different store. It was a waste of time coming here. The prices? I guess they are negotiable. Don't even think
