My family of 6 have been without air conditioning for 6 days in the middle of summe!! in my home there is a elderly person and children and our pets 3 dogs and one cat we are dying inside our home it has gotten so unbearable hot it has gotten up to 90 degrees we are stuggling to keep our pets from over heating! we are ALL OVER HEATING ITS TO THE POINT ALOT OF US FEEL SICK FROM THE HEAT! I thought that rutts was a family freaking friend to my grandparents these people do not care about their customers you would think with selling a brand new air conditioner they would be all over it!! what kind

When I lived in Grand Island (I just moved to UT this past year), I always called Rutts for everything! They were really prompt in their response times, even though they always seem super busy! Their prices are reasonable too! Not only did I use them for my AC repair, I called them when I needed a new hot water heater and they worked with me on a payment plan! I recommended them to my parents when my parents wanted to put in a pellet stove in their house to replace the wood burning stove! They went out by Kenesaw and gave my parents an estimate and then did the work and then made sure to call
