Impressive! I had a heating issue and needed someone to come out and repair it. E&M had been recommended to us by a friend so I sent an appointment request via their website. Within the hour I received a phone call and they had a service tech to my home the very next morning! The service tech was FANTASTIC! Very professional, courteous, and determined to solve the problem. He found an issue with a pressure switch and was able to replace it right then. We had a leak coming from our bathroom that was coming through the ceiling. I called that morning around 9 and someone was at our house by 2:45. The problem was found within 25 minutes and fixed within an hour. A mask was worn the whole time and the gentleman was very polite.
