Had a Reinhardt technician come and look at my furnace to start up.....after looking at it he told me that he couldn't get it running and that it should be replaced. I asked him at that time to please get me a quote on a new installation. He took pictures and said he would have someone get back to me asap. That was 2 months ago!! Have called numerous times and talked with a gentleman named Dan. Last time I called he had the nice lady who answers the phone tell me that they would call me when the quote was done. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word. The wife and I have done business with Reinhardt

We will always be loyal customers of Reinhardt as they have been a loyal heating company to us. We have lived in two different locations over the last 4 years and have always used Reinhardt for all our heating needs. Recently we ran into an emergency situation and needed our furnace to be repaired. Reinhardt came out the same day we called and didn’t leave until they left our house with the heat working. We are forever grateful and cannot thank Reinhardt enough for providing the best service!

My experience is similar to the other one star reviews. A service call scheduled for 1PM turned out to have been put into their computer schedule for 1AM - thank God they never showed for that.
I had a Reinhardt employee come over to give me a quote on replacing my failing furnace, but 6 months later I have never heard back.
I called to have oil put into one side of a duplex I own. Fortunately I was there to stop them from filling the tank for the other unit in the duplex.
For about 3-4 years every single bill from them has been in error causing me hours of time in their office fixing their

I scheduled a boiler service with Reinhardt. I had to wait a couple of months for the appointment because they were short a technician. I received a reminder call a few days before the appointment. Stayed home from work the day the appointment, which was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. By 11:30 no one had shown up, so I called the office. Turns out they had put us on their internet calendar but not on their service calendar so no appointment for today. They offered to reschedule on Monday, which I appreciate on some level, but I'm so disgusted at this point that I declined. Looking for a new home heating

Not sure what prompted me to write a review today but here it is.I have been a customer for many years and I am throughly satisfied with the service and quality of work. Heating/air conditioning repairs and service are out of my league so it is very nice to have a company who responds and finishes what they started. Keep up the good work Dan and to all the crew!
