I called and scheduled an appointment for measurements for my house. They never showed up on Saturday 10/9/2021. I called 2 times on that Saturday to ask what time they were coming and the customer service rep stated that someone would call me before their arrival to my house. I received a call the following Thursday asking me about my visit and my quote. What visit? Nobody showed up to my house. I am no longer interested in receiving anything from this company.

I had floors installed by this company and a couple months later I had a piece of flooring come up. All of a sudden this place refuses to answer any of my calls. I am sent directly to voice mail during normal business hours. I have left numerous voice mails with no return phone call. I am calling the number for the serviceman in my area as provided by my flooring America. I know this because I called and acted like I wanted to buy new floors and someone actually talked to me then. However when I told them my issue he said oh I can't help with that you need to call this number. Wierd how polite

I recently put an order here and when I was notified that the material was back ordered 2 to 3 months I found another vendor they can fill my order sooner. It’s taking me over three weeks to try and get my refund back and everybody I call at this location sends me to somebody else and no one will take ownership of the refund. I’ve had to call my bank and argue the charge with them they guys and we back to this horrible customer service the store and now this company has almost $2500 of my money that they won’t give back. Do not use this store to do your flooring there are better companies

This was a quality professional flooring job. We are very happy with the look and with the installers. Every day they cleaned the work area and the attention to detail was amazing. Care was taken from moving the furniture and keeping the dust down during the destruction. Removing and replacing all baseboard was caulked and done very professionally. The crew even found ways to come up with ways to go above and beyond to make sure the flooring would look great with existing fixed in place furniture. At the end they moved furniture back and cleaned as they put it in the proper location. They moped

We connected with my flooring America through Costco’s custom flooring program. Kent was very pleasant as the in home sales consultant. The scheduling team was prompt. Lorenzo and his team of installers worked very hard to remove the old ceramic tile and install our new luxury vinyl plank flooring (about 1100 sqft) in three days. They did a high quality install and left very little trash and debris. The few installation issues we found were promptly fixed by Lorenzo within 2 weeks. I think the price was fair for the quality of materials and amount of labor. I will not hesitate to use to use them

My Flooring America was amazing throughout the entire process! We had the entire floor to our downstairs redone with red oak and provincial stain. It turned out gorgeous. The teams that worked on our floor were very professional and worked in a timely manner. They stuck to their schedule and even maneuvered around our schedule working with us and our painters. The whole experience was smooth sailing and we ended with beautiful wood floors. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back with any future flooring needs.

I had great experience with MFA with Carpet selection and install via Costco program. Sean was very helpful in determining best option for us as we decided between hardwood or carpet for our rooms. He was very prompt and courteous. Installation was done professionally by 3 men who were skilled and experienced. They helped move our furniture and carpet is looking great. Thanks Costco, MFA, Sean and Roberts for helping us replace long due carpet replacement.

The customer service department is completely negligent in performing customer service. Our floors were installed on a Friday and after the installation, not a single person from my flooring America called us to follow up.
The contractors were very nice and fast but several staples and screws were sticking out of the baseboards. Us, our guests, or our dogs could have easily cut themselves on these screws that were in high traffic areas. We thought we gave the contractors the correct paint color for the baseboards, but it was too light. Instead of calling us or my
