Action Services is the best of the best. They have an incredible work ethic. Everyone is a delight to work with. John, the owner, has great ideas, follows through, good pricing, great workmanship. And you consistently have the same workers so the follow through is super. We give them our highest recommendation and they are the only people we'll deal with.

Excellent customer service and more importantly phenomenal execution by the technicians.
We hired AS to help convert our garage into a proper room. They were quick and careful with necessary demo, then I put up insulation to have them return for drywall, electrical, lighting and floor. All very clean and neat but especially cool with regard to the enclosure they built around our water heater. It looks great and functions very well with the installed door - looks like a cabinet.
Pricing is reasonable but most importantly stuff like insurance and peace of mind knowing that the project will turn

John was great. We had our master bathroom redone. The shower was gutted and redesigned. The area around the tub and the bathroom floor was retiled. John made practical suggestions about what kind of tile we should get for the job. John also helped redesign the shower so it functioned better and had some great ideas which included a shower that had a temperature control, plumbing the hand held shower head so it would be next to the bench, and putting a niche in the pony-wall so the shampoo bottles wouldn’t show. The tile man was an artist and did a beautiful job. The crew was on the job every

Horrible service. Do not work with this company. They are rude. They are incompentent. The repair man caused a gas leak in my home and will not claim responsibility for it. The repair people are incompetent. Every employee I've dealt with (including the owner) shows no concern for the severity of this issue. Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company.

I called and spoke to Jasmine and explained my product was under warranty. She didn't have my work order yet but as soon as it arrived in her office 5 min later she called to set up my service call. I explained I had been without hot water all week and she squeezed me in within 2 hours the tech was at my house and fixed my water heater. I must say I am impressed with Action Services and will keep them on my list of people to call for home services. If you had 10 stars I would give it this company. Life savers!
