Wow! Adam of Garage Door MD was exceptional. I had a broken garage door and he helped me along the way. He provided honest and timely service which explains why he has been in business for quite some time. Compared his quote with two other company he beat the price by several hundred dollars - he saved me money. Adam treated me like family and even gave some advice in regards to my garage door. Waste of time, doesn't keep commitments and lack of communication, avoid.
Originally scheduled an appointment for Friday of last week, they moved appointment to install garage door motor to Tues, with a specific time of 3:30 pm.
Appointment day/time passes, no communication reached out and I'm told "on service call", then no longer responds when asked for an updated eta, never showed up nor got back to me.

I felt terrible immediately after they left... I forgot to ask for their names! Super awesome dudes who showed up even EARLIER (by about 30 min!) than they said they were going to. Always a plus when service is punctual. The team that came out to help me were super professional but also really laid back and taught me a lot about the garage door and opener as they went along. Even used better hardware than what came with the garage door opener I ordered. I couldnt ask for a better company to help me out. Really are the best in the business.

I called Adam at Garage Door MD when my tenants reported the garage door cable broke. Adam was able to go the the house the next evening to check out the door. He arrived when he said he would and called me once he had assessed the problems. He gave me his recommendation and was able to get the door temporarily functioning that evening. He came back the next morning (promptly again) and installed the new opener, cable, etc. He gave me his honest opinion of what needed to be done and what he recommended be done, to prolong the life of our door. Great service, great company! Adam came out today to inspect our garage doors! The VA inspector was not able to open our garage doors due to a silly mix up, but Adam was able to come out and verify that our doors and sensors do indeed work. He was on time, very reasonably priced and was able to schedule us fast!

Garage Door MD beat the other companies quote and actually was willing to come out and look at my door before just giving me a blind price on repairing. Scott came out and was very knowledgeable and offered pricing options and explained everything he was doing while I watched. Nice company! Highly recommend.

Adam was able to get my door off my car and keep the damages to a minimal ... That’s what I get for trying to repair a door myself.... Adam came out after 11 last night and worked to get the door off my car then installed a door afterwards... Absolutely a God Blessing.... This is the company setting industry standards!

Fast, friendly, clean and cheap! Garage Door MD is the poster child of customer centered service. I had a hack job install from another company so I called Garage Door MD to fix it. He was here in less than one hour on a Saturday and was spot on with his quote. I will never use anyone else and I recommend you do too.

The owner responded quickly and was able to come out pretty quickly as well. He was honest and knew what he was doing. Once he started the repair on my ancient garage he was finished within an hour. I need to replace other things but made what I had work until I am ready to do all that. Thanks again.
