Initially had a good interview, though i thought the price for a hobby room that we had already gutted was high. All was needs was some frameing, electric, dry wall, flooring, trim work, and install of a egress window. Was done for a few months before i moved my daughter down there. Well big storm on july 5th proved otherwise. Room flooded as they did not dig the addiontional 6 inches below the window framing. This had gone of for a while as i thought it was damp when i had gone in and out of the room, but was never quite sure. Ripped the carpet and padding out. Had to rip off the sheet rock on

I called Uneek, because they had good reviews online. We made an appointment for Sara to come out on 03NOV at 1530hrs for a consult and estimate on a kitchen and living room remodel, as well as a ceiling scrape and retexture. My wife and I took afternoon off work, and with less than two hours before she cancelled. We we were understanding and rescheduled for that following Thursday 05NOV at 1700hrs, and she no-showed without notice. We called to make sure she was not lost, or we misunderstood, and she did not answer, nor return the call.

We are satisfied with the work that Uneek did but are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we have received. We have some minor issues that need to be resolved and have absolutely NO confidence in getting these completed after seeing the way we've been treated by this company. Their follow-through is horrible and they should be trained in the skill of taking care of past customers.

Although it's been a couple of years ago, I am finally writing this review. Derrick installed wood laminate floors in our kitchen and basement family room. He also installed a ceramic floor in our bathroom. We were pleased with the results. He does good work because he has the skills and he is conscientious about his work and the pleasing the homeowner(s).
