Pedro came out to check out my sprinkler System. It's been causing me headaches ever since I moved in, the valves, the wiring, leaking, etc. we're problematic. He broke everything down on how everything works and what was faulty. He added sprinkler head to minimize overshooting/waste of the water for a very minimal cost after fixing everything. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. VERY good service for the price! I highly recommend these guys!!

I had an irrigation pipe break under my concrete pathway. I was referred to Chula Vista Lawn from my plumber. Chula Vista Lawn quoted me $1500. They found an easier solution and only charged me $795. Rarely do I ever get to pay less that what I am quoted. They did a great job. I appreciate honest hard work. Charles was great in setting things up and Pedro did all the dirty work. Super nice guy.

Charles and his team did a great job removing some unwanted bushes and trees from our property. The bushes and trees were an eyesore to us, but their size and root systems discouraged us from trying to remove them ourselves. Charles was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries, and went above and beyond to provide us details and helpful knowledge about our landscaping issues. His detailed approach and teams thoroughness were greatly appreciated. They were able to clear out all of the bushes and trees while not compromising our irrigation systems.

NOTE: I did not (and would never) hire CV Lawn, based solely on half-hearted quote process. I Just tried getting a quote. First I was asked to provide pictures and frequency. Pretty lazy way to give a quote if you ask me, but I though "hey why not try right?" After I put in the leg work to take pictures and send them over, I receive a vague, $60per hour per person "quote" dependent on the "quality of job I wanted done". DEPENDENT ON DESIRED QUALITY OF WORK?!?! So you're saying that you offer variable quality service?! Pretty disappointing interaction.

Pedro arrived on time and was wearing a mask which was awesome. Super friendly, did a great job resetting my sprinklers, which over the years had moved and were no longer hitting all areas of the garden resulting in dead spots. He replaced two damaged ones and setup the schedule for daily watering.

Pedro is the most polite and prompt worker I've had service my home since moving to California. He came in and adjusted the new sprinklers in our new home and even replaced a damaged sprinkler after double checking if everything worked.

Reached out and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I got a response. The communication from this company is amazing! I had asked to just have my yards mowed and came home extremely surprised. I hired Chula Vista Lawn for the every 2 week maintenance all of 2019 while my husband was deployed . Charles the owner responds very quickly to emails . He asked one of his guys once to get some of our really high palm tree limbs down as they'd blown over and were resting on the roof , that wasn't part of our maintenance as the very high trees were at the back , but they did it anyway at no extra charge . My husband is now back , but if we ever need yard work again we'd definitely call . We don't want just any old crew working on our property, especially as most of the time

Quite frustrated with the business that occurred between us and the company. We initially got a quick response, the owner had someone out same day to our house to see the work we wanted down and wrote everything down. I had also sent several photos to the owner showing what we wanted to be completed. Not only were there photos, but his employee also was walked through the backyard and shown exactly what we wanted done. I received a quote back for $640 and we were fine with that. Called Charles and in just 2 days I was able to receive a quote. 5 stars for even just that. Many individuals are horrible at communicating. Can't wait to see the finished initial work. I planted all the plants and trees in my yard. My husband and I invest at least 2/3 hours in maintaining our yard ourselves but it's becoming a hardship for us now due to our busy schedules. We hired a company once and after 2 completed jobs, I decided we did a better job so why throw away our money. The guys did a great job cleaning up my place. My prior landscapers kept shortchanging us on what services they were supposed to do so we fired them. By the time we called Chula Vista Lawn, it was pretty overgrown. The price for cleanup seemed high but after checking around, it's pretty reasonable. I'm confident that they will do a great job on my lawn maintenance in the future.
