I feel bad about being the only person giving a negative review. The pricing and quality of products probably deserve 5 stars but the service and communication throughout the process was really bad. It ruined the experience for me. But what gives me even more of a sour taste in my mouth was the fact that after I explained to the manager that it was a disappointing experience, they didn’t seem to care to make it up to me. They refused to give any discount or future discount of any amount. They offered me a free sink faucet in exchange which felt like a slap in the face. I guess you get what you

I needed to complete the flooring in my basement and reached out to Image Home Center. From start to finish Adrema was knowledgeable and responsive to every inquiry or question I had. I needed LVP, tile, and carpet installed and they were able to do all three. The flooring team came in and installed all the flooring on time and on schedule. If we ran into issues they communicated with me and let me know what was going on. I am very pleased with the end product and cant wait to work with them again!

We had an outstanding experience with Image Home Center in getting new LVP floors installed. They have an excellent assortment of products at very reasonable prices. What sets this company apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. Adrema and Joanne were incredibly helpful as we went through this process. We will definitely shop here again for other remodeling needs and highly recommend Image Home!

The LVP came at price that was lower than other stores we compared with as we shopped around. James did a great job of installing the LVP in our basement! We love it. We appreciated his going the extra mile to make sure that it was done to our satisfaction.

I had a fantastic experience working with Adrema at Image Homes. She worked with me to find a great option within my budget. The installers were pleasant and professional. They were also able to do the install within a week when everyone else was 3 weeks out.

I just had LVP flooring put in my kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms and am so happy with the service and product I received from Image Home Center. They also recently put in flooring for my basement apartment rental. Lindsey was very patient with me and great to work with. James did the install work and did an amazing job of it. He was very detailed and went the extra mile to make sure everything looked perfect. I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

Flooring was priced just right. We were able to do our floors, bathroom floors/ showers and kitchen back splash. The variety of choices were excellent.
If you want great prices and variety this place is great for the DIY, limited funds pocket book, not bad quality either.
Owner was very friendly and helpful and the customer service is always good everything we have been.
We will definitely be going back!

In doing my latest remodel project, I selected Image Home Center for carpet, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and for tile of a kitchen backsplash and master shower. I selected them because of price. I will keep going back because of their top quality installers, professionalism, and design consulting. I couldn't be happier!

Wow, this store has such great prices for tile and laminate. You almost miss it as you drive by, but they have everything you need for any construction or remodeling job. The customer service people are really friendly! Definitely check it out!! They even had a 20% sale going on!
