Great service and Very Professional! We were in need of some garage door panels replaced at my elderly parent house in Pembroke. Chris was very quick to response and was very polite and efficient. If I could rate this a Zero star, that would’ve been my answer. What started as a “great deal”, good communication, and decent level of service from the owner Chris, turned out to be one of the worst investments, horrible deal, and most importantly the worst level of service any consumer can expect. Do not recommend this company at all. Pay the extra money and get the level of service you, as a consumer deserve.

Garage doors were installed very quickly and professionally executed. However, the decorative hinges and handles were missing and Chris said he can get them in shortly. Looking forward to Chris completing, especially since I fully paid already. Will update my review once Chris responds and completes the install. Updated: Jeremiah came over and installed the hinges and handles, doing a fantastic job! Did not hear back from Chris (I'm sure he is super busy) but glad that they came through and completed it.

Unfortunately our experience with Chris from Garage Doors Plus did not go well. What started out as a pleasant experience with Chris installing two doors for us ended with him not finishing the job that we paid for. Chris assured us along the way that he would come back to finish the trim to our new garage doors once we had the house painted. We did just that.. a few months after the doors were installed we were ready for Chris to finish up the simple and quick job. He repeatedly said he would be over to do it and repeatedly did not show up (or even have the courtesy to let us know he wouldn't

The whole process of replacing my old garage door and opener was easy and quick! Called Chris up to get a visit to get measurements, got an estimate within the week, and in a couple weeks was ready to install. The replacement was done in a matter of hours and he gave a quick overview once all was set.

Just had 2 new garage doors installed by Chris at Garage Doors Plus. Chris was easy to work with to determine the style of doors, insulation and windows at the top. They look great. He was very flexible for installation as it was a new garage project and there were delays with the framer and concrete floor contractor. His prices beat HD and Lowe’s easily and quality of the Haas Garage Doors was top notch. I had already heard good things about GDP and i am a so glad I went with a local business owner in my town.
