My front door lever was not unlocking the door. Called them to set up an appointment. They were able to set one up that day at a con isn’t time. The tech also called to let me know his exact ETA, showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

And the price was very reasonable. what more could you ask for to get back in my truck after having locked the keys inside. This is the first time I have been locked out of my car since I was about 20. The service man Randy, was quick to respond, and got to me as quick as he could! He was very pleasant and caring. After he unlocked my car,, he waited on me to find my keys that fell into the trunk to make sure I was able to get home before he left. If I wasn't able to find my keys, he said he could make me one just to make sure I could get home safely. Best customer service I have had in a long time!!! It took him about 3 mins to get me into my car and another minute waiting for me to find my keys, and the lat minute

Bill is the greatest most helpful person of all time. He came to help us with a smart lock deadbolt after hours when no other locksmiths, including our own apartment’s emergency maintenance service, would. He was professional, prompt, communicative, and incredibly helpful. I called on Friday to find the auto tec was off that day. Set up appointment for Saturday with year and make of truck to have fob programmed and emergency key cut. Saturday after working on truck 15 minutes was informed tec didn’t have correct (tool) to complete job. Since I had already paid deposit I could return Sunday to have work performed. Set… up time with tec and exchanged phone numbers. Explained I was driving a hour to meet him. If for any reason he couldn’t be there please call. This place is amazing. We’ve had a couple of times when we needed locksmith services. They came through at 110%. They recently replaced an electronic ignition key which we purchased from them 18 months ago. They upgraded it free of charge due to the off market key not working. I can’t recommend these people high enough.

I was locked out of my shed yesterday and at 6pm when everyone else was going home from work, Bill navigated rush hour traffic and summer heat to get me in, and now the job can continue!
