Was recently traveling through the area and camped at Quail Springs rv park. I had been having some problems with a hydraulic leveling jack not retracting and while I was here for a couple of days I found their name and number in a handout at the park office.
A service tech named Bo came out and didn't have a clue as to the problem cause. He called his office, they didn't know so they called HWH manufacturing company. Who walked them through a test process. Bo finally said it had to have a new cylinder. They didn't have one so he gave me a bill for diagnostics $60.00 dollars which I would not

I called the guys to see about getting some warranty work done. Since I’m a good distance away, he offered some suggestions on how to troubleshoot and possibly repair my problems, freely offering his advice based on obvious experience.
If I do need in-shop work done, this is where I’ll go.
