I called Golden Tree service to come check on my tree. I was told they would come, and the never came on the day they said. I called them to see what happened, they apologized and said they would be out the next week. Again, they never showed up. I called to see what happened, left a VM and never got a return call.

Set up a date and time for my tree to be removed and the guy didn’t care to call and cancel or let me know he wasn’t coming at all. I showed up at my rental property the day he was supposed to remove the tree and waited and waited for hours for him to come. Called him a few times but he never picked up. Didn’t even care to let me know he was never coming. He wasted a month and a half of my time since we made the appointment for the tree removal. I could’ve hired another company to do it. What a shame.

Golden tree service did a wonderful job removing a large dead cherry tree and trimming another larger walnut tree. It's something we could not have done ourselves since the trees were very large and had telephone wires near them. We are grateful they were able to handle a tough job.

I called Ryan with Golden Tree Service when we purchased our home and needed a large pine tree removed. He was kind, easy to schedule with, on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently! I just moved into a new house and needed a large maple and smallish aspen tree taken down. Ryan came out to my house and gave me a very reasonable price. He was extremely friendly and very professional. He took less than an hour in what I thought would take at least 2. What and amazing job.

We hired Ryan with Golden Tree Service to cut down a large tree we had that was starting to die. He was friendly and efficient. He was recommended to us by friends and he did not disappoint. We got several quotes on our tree before choosing him. He was the most cost efficient and he managed to take down or 45' tall tree in about 3 1/2 hours. We requested that he leave part of the stump for us to build a tree house with and we appreciated his advice on where to cut it to ensure the trunk was sturdy enough (since some sections of the trunk had rot). We would definitely use him again in the future
