Josh Pinion and his crew were efficient, careful, and considerate of my property. Any issue that they came across was photographed and shown to me in advance of any repair. The job that they did looks excellent. Everything that they said they would do they did do and the clean up was very thorough. Excellent service starting with company rep Charles Carson. He went over items for hours and told us what to expect.
This was followed by Chief Foreman Ramos who oversaw whole project and was primary installer of new solar tubes. He also checked work for debris and quality.
The work crew was unbelievably efficient, arriving at 6:20 AM and worked constantly until finished. Compared to other roofing companies Batterbee followed a super-efficient process that made more sense that the other groups.
A few neighbors who had waited to re-roof, watched the whole process and were surprised and pleased

Everything was handled very professionally. Communicated with me in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to help me with every part of the process. The job was thoroughly inspected before and after the new roof was installed and the materials and workmanship we're excellent. I would highly recommend this company, and in fact referred them to several other people who were equally happy.

Batterbee Roofing delivered the product I purchased on time. I was impressed with the entire crew. They started on the date agreed to early in the morning and the roof installation was finished by noon the following day. The crew cleaned up all debris and there was no damage to windows or shrubs as they placed protective barriers on shrubs and over the windows as well as the air conditioning condenser. I would recommend Batterbee Roofing to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

The process of getting a new roof can be stressful, but the folks at Batterbee alleviate any concerns. Our roof was completed and looks great. The county inspector came and said all was good. Professional, pleasant competent staff.

Great group of people to work with to get our roof replaced. I will say upfront, you get what you pay for when it comes to having your roof replaced. After 4 estimate, the only honest one was Anthony . He went above and beyond to explain in detail. Kyle called the day before they came to do the job to go over a few things and make sure it was still a go. The crew was here at the Crack of dawn and done and gone just before 3 pm. Great group of people, beautiful work. Thanks guys, my wife and I really appreciate it.

After going through the process of what roof company to hire, I decided to go with Batterbee. There reviews online and on BBB were 5 star. I met with Sam who gave a great presentation. Sam took a video of my roof and describe in detail what was wrong with my roof. All the contractors I interview just came evaluated my roof and some gave me a quote, others email me a quote, 1 wanted me to signed contract after quote, and last 1 before Batterbee was good, but like I said the presentation and professionalism and no hassle, no pressure Sam presented was incredible. Great company, so far very pleased with the new roof.
All employees were very professional and polite.
My only downside of the job is that when they had the person come out to do the estimate…..he didn’t count in the Shingles for my two deck roofs. So there was not enough shingles ordered for those. I ended up having to decide on colors that they had in stock at that time. The Roofing crew was great!
