I used Steam-A-Way several times now for my home's carpet. I have a couple of dogs and unfortunately have had pet urine issues. The technicians from Steam-A-Way showed up on time, and then took their time to ensure that all the problem areas were taken care of. Polite, efficient and did a great job. I trust them in my home and to do the job right.

Nate was sent out to a house my wife and I just bought and thanks to him I can enjoy walking around barefoot. Carpet feels great and smells amazing.
Top notch service, craftsmanship and expertise of knowledge. Highly recommended. And the repairs he did including power stretching on the master bedroom is unmatched!

If you want amazing customer service then this is definitely the place for you! Every time I call to make an appointment the same person answers the phone and she is so pleasant! Plus the techs that they send out to actually do the work are always professional! If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I wish I knew their names so I could give them a personal shout out but all I can remember is their hair. Both gentlemen have long hair. Just know if you see either one of them you will be met with amazing customer service and great work!

We had an emergency and our water fountain spilled and left a stain on our carpet. I called the owner and he had his technician out to give us an estimate in a couple of hours. We received the estimate within an hour of the technician being here and scheduled the work the next day.
The technician explained his work and gave us some tips to keep the stains away and he was extremely respectful and courteous! We will use Steam-A-Way again!
