Horrible!!!!! I called Ernesto to have my bathroom sink valve repaired. I don't know why he sawed off pipes, cut hoses, then left a pile of the parts on my bathroom floor!!! I'm livid!!!!! He messed everything up!!!! It's a wreck and now I'm stuck with trying to get a plumber to repair the increased damage that he caused!!!! Do not recommend him to anyone!!!!!

Horrible customer service called to have service on shower valve and they damaged the shower handle removing it now it's all scratched, didn't even fix the valve and won't take responsibility then wanted to get paid Ernesto is a real peach makes excuses and won't let you get a word in!!!! Wow! I highly recommend Ernesto and his team. Punctual, clean and they went above and beyond to leave me a clean look on my electric water heater.

V-Max came out immediately when we discovered a leak in our bathroom wall. They were on time, very helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Ernesto took the time to explain every step to me and helped me find a great mold abatement team, as well. The V Max team was awesome. I had an impossible situation that they navigated with ease. They were able to line my drain lines rather than dig up and destroy 10s of thousands of dollars worth of tropical landscaping. And just watching the sleeving process was incredible. Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous

We live in a building that is attached to businesses, and there is no water shut off for individual units or stacks, so shutting off the water is always a problem. Fortunately the necessary work was completed in time to turn the water back on with time to spare.

Ernesto came to our house very promptly when one of our pipes was leaking. He was able to assess the problem and gave us some options to fix it. He replaced the pipe that was leaking but also pointed out some issues that the previous home owner rigged up himself. All in all we are happy with the solutions that Ernesto gave us and glad he came so quickly to help us out.

My water heater conked out on Saturday afternoon. I called Ernesto, and he was at my home within hours. He gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He also connected a portable water heater so I would have hot water until he came back on Monday to make the repairs. His technician, Jonathan Garcia, was there as scheduled first thing Monday morning and did a great job. He ran my husband through the procedure to re-light the pilot in case it ever went out. Ernesto also came by to make sure that everything was working properly and that we were happy.
