Decatur fence did a very poor job for me. I have had two fences put in for me in the last four months one by general fence and could not be more pleased with their work, one by decatur fence and I will never use or recommend them again. They talk a good game but the work was very expensive and very unprofessional. Wish I would have done it myself

After storm damage. I called to get an estimate on a fence repair. Not only was i put on hold for 4 min, when the lady answered the phone she was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my call and request for an estimate. Because i didn't have a high dollar job for them. They sent out a guy for an estimate a little over a week later. Then they said… they would send an estimate via email. well no estimate ever arrived. Repaired the fence ourselves ...missed out on this on Decatur Fence, and not only this one but many others as i will tell people about this!
