Concept Construction Corporation was founded in 1974 by B. Michael Shevlin. Through the foresight of his father (Barney J. Shevlin), and upon completion of his military service, Michael was advised to consider starting his own construction company of the future. Concept Construction Corporation was born.

No matter the size of the project, Concept delivers the same high standard of quality. We have over 100 skilled mechanics in the field every workday performing site work, concrete, foundation work, flatwork, and carpentry.
Our group affiliates work together to streamline a construction or development project. It is designed to facilitate all facets of the construction plan with a primary focus on promoting a coordinated effort to simplify the experience. This can mean expediting its design, integrate a winning strategy, lowering the development and construction costs while successfully completing the work in the shortest amount of time.
This is the most traditional tried and true method of construction and Concept has excelled in it for nearly 40 years. We continue to be a trusted leader in commercial general construction services all throughout Western New York and beyond. Concept's services in this method include estimating, project management and the actual self performing "hands on" work.
Considered by many to be the preferred construction method, this project delivery system finds the Design-Build Contractor working together in a collaborative effort with the owner, architect and project engineer to create a single point of accountability. This method incorporates ideas from all parties, but relies on one entity to manage and construct the project.

Though I have not had a need personally or professionally to do business w/ Concept Construction I know many that have. And looking at the work they've done in my town, Hamburg NY I can see they do the highest quality work. One other reason to do business w/ them is their VP of Business Development, Vince. I've known Vince for years & know that he is one you can trust, w/out hesitation!

They are extremely easy to work with, have a clear understanding of the tasks as they pertain to the projects, and are exceptional at following up and following through, not to mention their incredible attention to detail which is proven in the work they do. The team at concept billed us for construction of a building we own, we've discussed this for approximately about two weeks. We've met twice and they sent us a bill for $4800.00 for services that they haven't even provided. It was merely a contract with no proof of hours with their employees. Very scary tactic and and sneaky fees. Avoid as much as you can or do your research first.

Total rip-off we hired this company for quote for new construction paid $4000 as good faith but in return they promised detailed breakdown of the construction with contractor and all we got is final amount and asking for more money and demanding commitment for construction by them. stay away and don't pay any up front fees, instead ask for free quote if they want the work they should give you quote for comparison.
