We use a product called Montage and Montage Plus (for commercial applications) which is an innovative system that attaches the panels to the posts with a bracket system rather than welds which could rust and break over time.

Received estimate in August 2020, was told 10 week wait, 2 day install. Waited 16 weeks (With no communication from them), every time I'd call I would get a different story then on scheduled days for install they never showed up, install took 7 days. One day the install crew told me they wouldn't be here next day as they had a bigger job! Estimate was for 413' of fence, fence on north side of property was to go back 130' & only went 123'. They fought me on a credit of 11' since that was the total I was shorted (Also shorted 4' across back). While waiting for

This company is horrible. They told me that their estimate once signed is a binding contract...then they should've gotten the extract measurements before hand. They tell you they're scheduling is 6-8 weeks out, okay, fine. But when the call on a Friday and tell you they will be there on Tuesday doesn't give you much time to rearrange your schedule, because if you're not available they'll charge you extra for not being there. Then I gave them a plot survey and I have a stake survey expecting it to be enough, apparently the crew isn't capable of stringing a line down

If anyone is looking for fence installation, I would suggest that you NOT use Northwest Indiana Fence Co. We had an estimate done over two months ago, decided to go with them and wrote them a check for half of our quote. They just started the job last Thursday......didn't show up until 10:30, got done around 1 because they ran out of cement for the posts. I was told by the foreman that they would be back first thing Monday morning to finish setting the last two posts and finish the fence. They didn't show up until 4 in th afternoon, worked for two hours because they once again, ran out

This company is a total headache. The one star is only because the fence looks nice. Their service is horrendous. We got our fence about 18 months ago. The salesman seemed nice enough, how ever it ended there. They put a hole in our down spout drain and were about to fill it in with concrete when our neighbor stopped them. They put the fence in the incorrect place despite marking the yard with spray paint. They then dumped extra concrete in our front yard. My mother call for gate hinge repair. She paid down half the estimates cost of the repairs.

I called the company and spoke with Michelena. I explained that my mother is 76 and still recovering from a brain tumor removal 4 months earlier. Stress is a tremendous problem in her state. Michelena was very understanding.

So far .. I been waiting close to 5 weeks for my fence installation, I paid half upfront, I was told from the beginning it would take 6 weeks but so far no one has called or contact me to schedule installation. I made a few calls and I was told the would call the week prior to install .. all I would like is some more communication . .

OK the fence is finally ready for installation..
On the the day of installation 2 young guys came by, ready to work. The first part was making the holes and installing the posts.the were clean and efficient. 2 days later they came back to finish

Cannot provide much of a review. Set up appt to look at fence for repair. Rep showed up on right day and time and sat in front of my house for about 10 min then drove away. I called a week later to see if they were going to quote and was told everyone was gone for the day and they'll get back to me Monday. It's now a week after Monday and I've not heard a word.

Worst customer service. I received half a dozen bids for a fence install and northwest ind fence came in the lowest. I was told they were 5 weeks out until install. When I went to pay my down payment on 5/21 I was told by the office girl "sometimes we forget to call to schedule your install". This should have been the first red flag. After 5 weeks I'd heard nothing from them so I called. Ross or Russ scheduled me for an install 2 weeks later. (7/6). On 7/6 no one showed up. When I called no one answered. When I finally got ahold of someone I was rescheduled for 7/20...another
