Jeff, the owner of the company, would not return my phone call until after my 30-day guarantee was up. One day after, I miraculously was able to get ahold of him, mind you I have proof that I made attempts to reach him, but Jeff accused me of me lying. He agreed that the only way he would come back out is if I paid him an additional $95 after already paying $125. Take away from this is that if you get the one time service, he will not only perform substandard work (I had several exterminators in our neighborhood comment on the ants and we still had ants in our house two weeks after his visit),
