This 44 lot community has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the ponds and panoramic views of the river and foothills.
This beautiful building off Eagle Rd. has traffic staring at it! Although built by Dave Evans Construction, Biltmore Co was hired to do freelance design work and rework the exterior elevation with materials and colors and oversee the interior selection process. We are thrilled with how it turned out and hope it remains an icon on Eagle Rd for years to come.
