I did an online inquiry and was contacted very soon thereafter to be scheduled for a cleaning. The process was seamless. The quality of the work lives up to its name. The carpet and couches are PRISTINE. I have used 4 separate carpet cleaners in the last 2-3 years including very bad experiences with Stanley Steemer. I had the carpets cleaned at my home and it was a wonderful experience. Mark was professional, timely, and the work he did by far surpassed the quality of what other carpet cleaners usually perform. He had a multiple step process that included pre-cleaning, care of my furniture, and my carpets look brand new now! Very impressed- i will not use another company again.

I am extremely pleased pleased with Pristine Clean. My carpet hasn't been cleaned in a few years, because I didn't know who to hire. I am delighted with the job that Pristine Clean did, my carpet looks better than it has in a very long time. He worked hard, and when he left, it looked almost like new, at 15 years of traffic . Now that its dry, it remains looking exremely good. I will have him clean my carpeting from now on!
