This was a very strange experience. I called Lillard originally because they advertise a variety of services that I was interested in getting quotes for plus they are a local, family owned business which I liked. They advertised paper hanging, chair rail installation, and painting. During my original call I was told they no longer offered paper hanging, but could offer the other services, so we scheduled a visit to my home for an estimate. Upon arrival, the estimator told me he wasn't sure his brother would be willing to install picture frame molding in the foyer or a chair rail going up our

Not sure I should be rating this company. The owner was friendly, arrived on time to survey the job. The company did not submit an estimate for the job because they won a large contract that would keep them busy through the fall.
Obviously, did not hire the company because never received an estimate. Based on the pre-proposal they appear to be organized and prompt. As for the work, they did not do any work so I cannot rate them for quality. Only gave them 3 stars because they did not get the job.

Lillard did some wallpaper hanging for me and I can't say enough about the great job they did !!!

I used Lillard for a drywall repair to the ceiling in my dining room. Stacy, the plasterer was amazing! She came on time, she was incredibly nice and super fast. The repair was perfect. No one would have been able to tell there was a hole there an hour earlier. And the best part was that she cleaned up after herself. No drywall dust all over the place.
Sadly, I've moved since then so now i need to find a comparable team in Denver! I'm accepting recommendations! :-)
