Fantastic team! They serviced, repaired and advised us on our oil boiler a year ago - first time we've had one. They also fitted two new rads... all good work, done on time, by friendly professional staff. Today, the oil smell from it was horrific... we've just had the oil topped up, so assued it was that, but after a couple of days it wasn't… subsiding so I called Active. They had an engineer here within hours - he found and fixed the leak and he stayed well away from myself and my children, ensuring social distancing safety measures were adhered to. Excellent work again by an excellent

DAY 1. 4.45pm Boiler breakdown on the coldest night of the winter. Visit at 6pm same evening and broken fan part identified. Order placed for new fan via the internet.
DAY 2. 1pm. Engineer arrives with new fan part and fits it by 2pm.
