Could never get in touch with anyone. Called and left a voicemail...waited 24 hours and called again and left a voicemail. Never did get back to me. This happened on two separate occasions about a month a part from each other. First time I called it was a leaking toilet and the second time was to install a new water heater. I understand they may be too busy but a call back saying so would have been nice.
