We had a very positive experience with Newman Roofing. The sales rep was thorough, knowledgeable and not pushy, giving us options to consider. After receiving 4 estimates we chose Newman Roofing, feeling they would offer high quality at a fair price. We received a two-week window for the job to happen, and received a call a couple days beforehand giving us the exact date. From the moment Eddie began going over my needs, after his inspection of the roof and going over the photos he took, my roof needed to be replaced. I liked that he did not pressure me in any way. Newman Roofing is “Outstanding”. During hard rains, we would have a small leak from around a vent pipe on our (35 year old) roof. The sales representative explained the entire process and answered all of our questions during a “zero pressure” sales presentation. In person communications along with text messages and photos kept me updated throughout the entire project. The crew arrived as scheduled.
