From start to finish, a wonderful experience! Shawn was super responsive, clear about quotes, and really friendly to work with.
We received a reminder the day before, a text when the movers were on the way, and the entire move from load to unload took barely two hours. The movers - I failed to get their names - were friendly, courteous and so fast!

Excellent experience from the initial quote to the completion of the move! Shawn and his team are great and communication is where they excel! They touched base by text to confirm the move and to see if I had any questions, and notified me when they were on the way! The team arrived on time and were efficient. I really liked the professionalism from an administration standpoint. Definitely a plus that they service includes all equipment needed for a move (truck, furniture pads, shrink wrap, etc.) Highly recommend!

Movers were on-time and very professional. As our first experience using movers it was a great experience with lots of communication about when they will be arriving as well asking if we had any questions. They wrapped everything and padded it in the truck and continually asked if we needed anything else prior to leaving. Paying was very easy as well. Highly recommend.

The movers (Shane and Joseph) were awesome! Everything that we hadfor them to move was moved in under the 2 hours that they were hired for.💯
They were respectful of of our homes and handled our items with care. They asked where we wanted everything and set up accordingly. No walls were dinged. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and promptness.

Once we listed, I started the process of calling movers for rates. We received a postcard from People-Move Moving promoting their services. I called and spoke to Jessica, very professional, polite and helpful. She asked me a few questions to determine crew size, quoted me a rate that was similar to that of two well known movers in the area, she took my deposit and then sent me an email confirmation. When we finally got the movers at our house, they were fantastic - really nice, young men that did a great job. I would recommend that team again in a heartbeat.
Also, the management office did what they could to resolve the issue where we were assigned to the wrong city, the team didn't show up on time, and then the company simply ghosted us for most of the day. To the office, mistakes happen, but just keep us informed so we can plan our day accordingly. To the movers, thanks and awesome job!

We had to reschedule at the last minute and they accommodated that with no issues. Communication with Elizabeth is easy and she's very responsive. The moving team was very efficient. Got things out of the old house and into new house quickly. Also put everything where we wanted it. No damage. So glad we used their services!

I moved on 4/27 and hired People-Move Moving to move furniture from two locations to one final location. All the locations involved stairs and corners, however they took apart, wrapped and carefully reassembled all my items. My movers were Jacoby, Terence and Jay- all three of them where very respectful and helpful. They called when they were on the way and arrived on time. They moved my stuff carefully and efficiently. They moved things around for me a few times when I changed my mind and accommodated all my requests. The move was finished sooner than I expected and was a very reasonable price

Do not ever use this moving company. They broke at least 50% of my isix months later I can still not find any hardware. they also use a third-party insurance company so for the last six months I have been fighting with them over getting reimbursed for my brand new dryer door that was broke and I have the receipt from GE that came out to service it and still have not been resolved

The 2 movers PMP sent to our home to move our belongings were professional, friendly and timely. All of our items were treated with care and the fellas took their time moving large items to make sure they did not damage or scratch walls. The whole process from scheduling a moving truck until the movers moved the last item was easy and user friendly.

Called up the People-Move movers and scheduled a couple weeks in advance. The an ice followed by a snow storm hit and they were able to reschedule me for a couple days later.
The movers was timely and friendly. They took precautions when moving items and packing up the truck.
They'll be the first people I call next time I move or need help packing.

Bruce and Mason were amazing!!! Bruce and Mason quickly scanned our rooms and loaded the truck. They diligently worked the entire time and quickly unloaded the truck at our place! I highly recommend this company! They were professional and got the job done! Thanks so much for taking some of the stress out of moving!

Just because your notes depict the narrative you'd like to portray doesn't make it reality. I know what happened that day - I was there, you weren't. And what do I have to gain from relaying my experience? I waited almost a year hoping to find that at least my items were intact & not damaged (which several pieces are indeed damaged).
Donated items: it was not 2 weeks before I asked for a receipt; I asked for one the day of the move when I pointed to the donation pile in my then office. I followed up on it 2 weeks later because I didn't receive

I removed my original review because after posting one of the managers personally called me to discuss it which, for me, was above and beyond. Who does that these days?
While I did not decide to use this company to load my POD for a long distance move because of the less than par initial interaction, I was impressed the management team took their reviews serious enough to follow-up.
As a customer, I can go anywhere for services I need and that initial interaction is crucial to build confidence and trust; especially when you are talking about time, money, and personal belongings.

I can't say enough good things about this moving company. We presented them with every possible challenge and they rose to the occasion with each issue. We called on Monday needing help on Tuesday. They agreed and were there on time. They worked efficiently in spite of a certain level of chaos, and completed much more work than we had thought we would need. Not only did they work hard and smart, the two young men who worked with us also worked well together. They were pleasant and polite. In addition to everything else, we ended up needing storage and Terrence helped us get that set
