The "In Home scheduler" asked for my address and responded that it was an hour away. asked me what my project entailed and I told her that I only needed a tub to shower conversion which is what their website proposes. i was told that " it wasn"t worth their time to travel an hour for that job. Goggle maps has my address at 26 miles and 52 minutes . Their prerogative. Business must be good to turn away a customer. My business has already went to another reputable company an hour away. Don't waste your time on this company.

Entire staff are TERRIFIC!! Throughout my entire experience from selecting components to complete bathroom remodel, tear out of everything including drywall replacement, subfloor replacement, to installation of handicap accessible shower, vanity, toilet, etc the management, supervision, installers, and subcontractors were on time, responsive, and accommodating. Cody Hoover made absolute sure I was completely satisfied and went out of his way to insure everything was perfect. Installer Shawn was outstanding, thorough, accommodating, personal and professional every step of the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
