KNIGHT BROS., INC. is proud to be a 3rd generation family owned tree company. In 1948 Martin T. and Helen A. Knight began this business with one truck and one chainsaw. We at Knight Brothers Inc stand for expertise, creativity and many years of experience. We strive to protect the environment and use only eco-friendly materials.

The guy that came out was very nice, however their prices were higher then 3 other tree companies that came out. What threw me off was that he could not make a decision himself and needed a second opinion. It is my understanding that you send out the representative who is confident in there ability to properly assess the situation and make a solid decision. If you needed a second opinion then there should have been two representatives present.

They came to remove trees for my neighbor while doing this they removed three of my trees, partially removed three of my trees! They left all of the debris behind my house partially on my property. I have contacted this company several times for them to rectify the situation and they have refused to do so. The secretary actually told me to take them to court! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 Aston courthouse is closed however it is due to open November 1st, at which time I will have to take them to court. I have also had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to get them to complete

Beware of "emergency" charges...i was charged almost $4000 to remove a tree branch from my roof a few weeks ago after a storm...i was told that there was a 4hr minimum for the job..having used them in the past and having 3 trees removed during a 7-8 hr day for a price of $1650, I would have never expected a bill for almost $4000, especially when there was little effort needed to pull the 8 ft branch out of the roof and he was up there for less than 30 minutes..I believe this is price gouging and an effort to scam our insurance company! We will be reporting Knight Bros to the attorney

Our job went amazingly well. Marty and Knight Bros. were punctual, professional and fast and more than competitive on pricing. This was a huge job that involved three row home houses. Tammy at the office was incredibly responsive. Marty, Ray and the rest of the crew took care of us and our home, and having dealt with other tree companies in my work, I can unreservedly recommend them as the best in the business.

From arriving hours before expected for an estimate, to showing up without warning after almost 2 weeks from when we called for the job to be done and dropping the tree into our yard when they were not scheduled to be here was disrespectful and of poor business practice. Not to mention trespassing.
They charged us full price for their services even after multiple calls telling them they needed to make it right.
I hope in the future they are able to handle clients with better care and consideration.
