Elite painting came to my home. Gave me an estimate and after numerous attempts to contact Eric I never heard back. Very unprofessional and very overpriced. Do you want to do business with someone that ignores you? I ended up hiring someone elae who was attentive and professional at a much lower cost. You have been warned.

This company came highly recommended to us by our close friends and were thrilled with their work. I would recommend them to anyone in WNY. We hired them to paint pretty much the entire first floor and part of the second floor of our house. There is lots of trim, windows and wainscoting. Justin and Mike did an absolutely immaculate job. The crew went above and beyond to make sure they were proud of putting their name on it, and that we were happy with it.
We also had them remove wallpaper from a large dining room. The wallpaper removal was a bear and required that almost the entire plaster wall

I have had Aric and his team working in my home for 20 years. The work that was done has always been EXCELLENT!! I believe there are very reasonably priced for the quality of their workmanship.
They have painted virtually every room in my home and stripped wallpaper that was insane to remove. They did the work quickly and cheerfully. They are the only painters I call.

It is honestly tough to put into words how good of a job Elite Custom Painting has done on my house, but here is my best shot. When I was purchasing a home last year, I started to call down the Google "floor restoration" search results. Elite Custom Painting was the second one to answer, and even though I was a little vague on what I needed they did their best to address all of my questions. Although I only contacted them about the floors, they suggested their complete interior painting service. I was honestly expecting an average house at best. Elite Custom Painting just removed textured ceiling in our kitchen. They did a great job.
Even came back to do some touchups. Eric was here every night to check on the work and our satisfaction. They cleaned up every day and did not leave a mess. Would hire them again.

Elite Custom Painting did a fantastic job painting my living room, dining room and spare bedroom. They were on time, they were professional and courteous and most of all, they did an awesome job. They took the time to caulk the corners of the room (which no other painting company I have hired in the past did), performed some minor wall repairs and were extremely neat! They even caulked my dining room ceiling where I have decorative molding. Justin is amazing with the caulk gun. Believe me, not everyone has that talent! I have a security system and my windows have wires going between them

Completely disrespectful to my home and my family. Took forever to complete work, would not return calls and ended up charging a lot more than original quote. I would never recommend this company. The owner Aric was very arrogant. One of the worst people I’ve ever done business with. I had to have a different company come in to fix all the mistakes and finish the job. Please do not support such an awful business.

Aric and his crew are hands down my go to for all my painting needs. The work they did was flawless and then some. I would totally recommend these top notch guys to all my family and friends.

Elite Custom Painting did a wonderful job on our house! They were in and out in a timely manner, and after each day, they picked up and kept it as clean as possible since we were living in our house during the painting job.
