I am very satisfied with the service from 5 Star Plumbing. He showed up at the door almost exactly when he said he would, was friendly, was careful to not track snow into the house, and wore a mask whenever he was in the house. The repair was done quickly (under an hour) and he left no mess behind. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing!

Where do I start! From the gal answering phones (a peach!) to the estimator Troy (firm and fair) to the plumber Jamie (top notch hell of a guy) Fast respectful and tells you like it is! They were in and out left zero mess and have earned my business and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!!!!

I had 5 Star come out to look at my sump pump, which I felt was not working properly. I was able to have someone come out that same day and look at it - the service person was Jamie Baumhoefener, and he was wonderful. Since sump pumps aren't something that I read up about - he helped me through the process - explained the condition of my current pump and back up battery - and then I proceeded to replace - he came back 2 days later - installed, cleaned up after himself, and answered ALL my questions. Thumbs up!

I was so impressed with the ease of scheduling and excellent service we received from 5 Star Plumbing!! Dakota came to our home and quickly pinpointed the issue and was so pleasant and great to work with. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. We ended up with a new toilet --- Merry Christmas to us! Haha! All kidding aside, I would absolutely recommend 5 Star Plumbing. We will definitely use them again when we have future plumbing needs. First bill i was charged almost triple what the actual cost of the water heater is. It was corrected but left me wondering if they double charged for the furnace their sister company placed the day before. Plumber for water heater did excellent work, hvac team for the furnace had some sloppy work left behind. Plumber fixed it.

They did our new construction home. Our sewage ejection pit was installed by them for future use. We finish the bathroom in the past 5 years to find out the pipe isn't connected. After 5 months of back and forth we get a patchwork cobble job that any plumbing business worth their weight wouldn't accept. I've had 3 other plumbing businesses out and all gave the same solution to fixing the problem. They also all agreed that this was install error. After all is said and done I'm still stuck with the same issue. I'll end up most likely addressing with one of the other 3 companies that agreed they installed
