I had a dishwasher to be delivered and installed by Home Depot. They were unable to install due to a leaking valve. I immediately called a plumber and looked for one with good reviews. I called and spoke to Ernesto and he was able to fit me in the same day to replace the valve and install the dishwasher. He arrived on time, but once he was here I asked him to put on a mask and even provided one for him. He looked at me and said ummm no. I told him I have a mask he said I touched it I offered him a new mask untouched and he said "I dont do that" "its fine I'll wear the mask

Ernesto did a great jo for us. We had clog in the drain line which was backing up and flooding the bathroom. He came over immediately and cleared the line. He also took care of a leaky bathroom sink and was able to install a new water heater. He did all this in less than 24 hours. Ernesto came back twice after the job was done to inspect the work and answer any questions we had. I feel that we were lucky to find a plumber this responsive, courteous and conscientious. He is now our go to plumber.

Both of my toilets were backing up into the bath tub. It was on a Sunday but Ernesto was at my house within the hour and unplugged the toilets. He was very polite and had the Sewer unplugged and just charged the normal fee. Not extra for Sunday or for same day service. He is very efficient and I would recommend him .

Hero Plumbing is the best!
I've called couple times before and they have always answered our questions and helped us out. They came out to our home, we had some issues with our sink and garbage disposal, Ernesto scheduled us right away and came out and repaired it right now time for us.

Reached out for a quote to have them come out and Hero Plumbing was the first to come back with a quote. During this time we are going through renovations and we set up a time for Saturday. Ernesto reached out to tell me our time has been cancelled when asked why he said because you didn't send your address I responded with I can send now totally forgot to send. I needed two valves replaced on my garage utility sink ASAP, as we are having our kitchen remodeled and needed this sink. I sent out a request for quotes, Hero Plumbing was the second company to respond. I liked that they are close. I've used another local plumber but won't use them again due to poor customer service.
After agreeing to the quoted price the plumber showed up very promptly, and after showing him where and what needed to be done he got to work. About an hour later he was done! So happy to have this ready before our demo on the kitchen.

I reached out to Hero Plumbing via messenger to get an estimate and trouble shoot a leak in my kitchen sink. Ernesto replied very quickly and was able to come to my residence within a few hours. I was very thankful as this is a rental property and I had guests coming in soon. Ernesto found the issue and it was actually not a plumbing leak but a caulking issue on faucet and we could repair easily to save money. This review is long overdue! We closed escrow on a remodeled mid century home and of course right after we close, after all home inspection repairs were completed, boom our hot water heater dies... Hero plumbing definitely saved the day for us after we had been waiting multiple days, showering in cold water, for our appointment with another home warranty plumber. Seemed to be impatient and short with the co owners of the property as well as the tenants . 11 units to redo the plumbing .
Maybe it was the heat or maybe too much work but I did not like my interaction with Hero .

Finally hot water! Couldnt be more happier. I called Ernesto today (Saturday) and he was able to schedule me in for a water heater install. You can tell by his craftsmanship that the work performed is legit and of great quality. Really good pricing as well, he can work with you and give you the best option needed.
