Greg lives by the principle of overpromise and underdeliver, which is the opposite of the customer service provided by most businesses.
When we first met him he promised his main guy (Carlos) would be the one doing the project but in actuality he has Carlos's son and daughter (both untrained, don't speak English and clearly still learning how to do basic contracting work such as tile work and painting) do 90-95% of the work in an unsupervised fashion. Greg or Carlos did not oversee or check the work each day thus we were left with a poor paint job (no tape was placed on baseboards or crown molding

Greg and his team did a multi-room project for us (full kitchen remodel, converted formal dining room to a bedroom with closet, installed shower in our half bath, and new tile install throughout entire house, in addition to some other smaller projects). We got several bids from others but Greg was the only one who could provide us a reasonable quote for all of our requested projects. Greg and his team do quality work and were there on time every day. We are extremely happy with the end result!

We had Rock Your House Remodeling do a number of different projects for us (bathroom, kitchen, etc.). Greg is our go-to and I called him when the Best Buy installers did a terrible job installing new appliances. He came by right away and helped fix their mistakes. Greg is super responsive, easy to work with, and they've done great work for us!

I have known Greg for over 10 years as our daughters played on the same basketball team when they were in elementary school. However, this was my first experience with him as a contractor. He recently turned our master bathroom from an old dated room to the best room in the house! He helped us every step of the process. He went with us to the tile store and assisted us in picking out the materials that we wanted and made sure that every thing coordinated perfectly. He showed up every morning with his crew and made sure that everything was on schedule and that his crew had everything they needed

Working with Greg and the whole Rock Your House crew has been a very enjoyable experience! I had carpet removed, old tile flooring removed, and the old hearth removed. Then all new porcelain, wood-look tile was installed. They also removed old baseboard and added new, and painted most of the walls, the wood trim and the baseboard as well! The quality of work done is excellent, and I am just thrilled with the results! Greg provided an estimate, the pricing was good, and he and his crew kept to their schedule and finished on time as promised! Many thanks to Greg, Carlos, Henry, Jose, and young Henry

I contacted Greg after receiving two other quotes for remodeling a guest and master bathroom. Greg’s quote came in much lower than the other two and much more in line with what I though was a reasonable cost for the project. After meeting with Greg I also thought he would be a good fit. When it came time to start the project Greg and his crew showed up on time and got busy. By the end of the first week the guest bath was done and only awaiting the counter top. The master bath was a complete gutting of the old bathroom so it took a bit longer, however by the end of third week it too was only awaiting
