I have worked for OMS for nearly six years. Since day one I have been treated better by them than by any other company I have worked for. Kelly and Chris (Owners) know what they are doing and how to make and keep our clients happy with our services. We meet our clients expectations and often surpass them. We know how to clean. It isn't like cleaning your home either. It is extensive. Especially when cleaning a doctor's office. We use medical strength cleaners which kills everything. Anytime we’ve needed anything extra (floors needing waxed to carpet shampooing), they’re always available, 24/7.

All of the OMS staff that comes to the SSM Benton Primary Care Clinic does a great job, from the routine daily cleaning to the floors, etc.!
Recently contacted OMS @ the last minute to do some deep cleaning and wax/buff/polish the floors. OMS made arrangements to do the requested work and did an awesome job! We got compliments on how clean our office is and how nice the floors look. I honestly thank you for all you all do for our office!!

Having spent some one on one time with Chris Webb, I have just come to find that he isn't honest in his dealings with clients, at least in our experience. What is offered is not physically fulfilled (we have a large building but maybe half was completed and verified through in house CC cameras) and the invoice was larger than quoted. Considering speaking to an attorney regarding this since we have digital footage of the work not being done. Purely disappointing. We seemed to get one version of Chris prior to payment and quite another after payment has been made and services have been rendered.
