Raul came out early New Years Eve to install a new motor, new springs and a new rail for my garage. He worked very hard to make sure all things worked together perfectly and there were no flaws. The garage door works great. He explained how all the different things worked together without complaining for every question I askes. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a garage door repaired or replaced!! RLC

Jesus Delgado, your technician, did an outstanding job. In all aspects he knew what he was doing. As a graduate electrical engineer with a career of 34 years and as an engineering manager in both commercial and aerospace businesses I managed engineers and technicians on many state of the art projects, I would give Jesus Delgado an A Plus grade.
All Precision Door Service supporting personnel did an outstanding job too, otherwise the analysis and repair of my door would not have gone as smooth as it did.

Our garage spring broke on Christmas Day. Fortunately we didn’t need our vehicles that day, so we called Precision on 11/26. They were very accommodating and scheduled our appointment for the 27th.
Alex was our technician and he is a real asset to the company. He was very good at describing our problem and the required fix, he was able to begin immediately and we were comfortable with the quote.

Precision Door Service provided excellent customer service from the helpful scheduler to the technician who inspected and repaired my door. The inspection and repair/service options were reasonable and well-explained by the tech. I appreciated the texts and emails detailing the company's COVID precautions as well. Tech Eric Stevens was fantastic, fast,....and observant...He realized I had coupon postcards and quickly edited my invoice to save me $$.

Precision Garage came by today to replace my garage motor and the garage door coil spring. Pricing was reasonable and the service was great.
Noah and Blake are absolute units with massive BDE (Big Dad Energy). They were kind and very patient while effectively explaining the process of what needed to be fixed.
They were in and out within 1.5 hrs. time while doing a great job of not only replacing but neatly managing the required wires. Highly recommend this company and their service; above all else these gentlemen represented the company well and were extremely effective in their craft.

I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional unorthodox bait and switch organization in my entire life I’m 60+ years Old and I have never experienced such a melee of incompetent non-committed managers and staff at this organization not only did I wait four hours initially for a tech to show up for an agreed-upon price for a half horsepower lift master system installed but the technician arrived and reported he only had $1000 system on his vehicle I simply asked him to leave and I called her main office a supervisor named Sean said he would find someone another tech and have the system sent

I had an issue with my garage door. I called Precision, and Raul was dispatched to my house. He was super polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave a clear and concise estimate. His work was completed in a timely, professional manner with great attention to detail.
On a side note my special needs son was very curious as to what Raul was doing. Raul was very patient and explained what he was doing every step of the way. It was nice of him to provide that personal reaction and to be so kind to my son.

Garage door wasn't working due to broken spring. Called Precision Door and they scheduled me with a 1230-4:30 Window. Raul showed up at 4pm was very professional. He gave me 2 options for repairs. Once I chose the repair I wanted he went to work. He did a great job and completed the job in a timely manner. He greased everything and now it is working like brand new. Definitely would recommend Precision Door and Raul ...he was the best
