We called Rodney when we arrived in town with our 5th wheel travel trailer and we couldn’t get our door open, no matter what we did. Rodney shared a quick fix with us and voila! The door is now open! This saved us a $200 visit. We are so thankful for Rodney’s kindness and professionalism.

My friend got locked out of her car. We called 3 different lock smiths in the area who made us wait to then call back and say they couldn’t service the area. We called ShaunLock and they were to us in 20 minutes and in the car within 2. Rodney was so kind and professional! If this ever happens again we will be calling here first!

I called to have the door lock cylinders in my truck changed. I have the parts. They could not get to me that afternoon but they would send someone out the next day when I was available. I hurried from my appointment that morning to call them. I called and they said they were sending someone right out. Then 5 minutes later they called back and said they didn't have anyone to send out. I would have to go somewhere else. They had already ruined my plans for the day for nothing.
