My insurance company assigned Highland to do all my repairs to our rental home that was damaged. I will say from my first conversation with the staff was awesome and very professional. They knew I was located in Hawaii and they made sure they stayed in contact with weekly also keeping us updated at all time. Sam was the person that was overseeing the project on our home and he was great and very respectable also made sure everything was done right. I will recommend this everyone due to the outstanding job they did for me and my wife.

Sorry quality. Paint (poor quality)on door jams peels off like plastic or things that are not not even of that quality. Spots missed on walls, paint job was not good at all. The only thing I was satisfied with was the person that pulled up floor and put wood back down. Slow and not reliable. They ripped me and insurance company off. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

Had a HVAC leak within our home that required immediate remediation. The initial experience was good, timely and Carlos was great. However, we had an additional leak within our home that required a leak detection for which Highland just wasn't suited. Since the other company spent so much time on our home, we decided to continue with their services for the rest of the mediation. This wasn't a slight on Highland, it was just easier for us. We contacted this company and were given a consultation date after telling them we were paying out of pocket cost. Less than 24 hours prior to consultation date/time, we received a call from the company stating they could not complete a free consultation because the payment would not be through an insurance company. We asked if there was a fee for consultation, we could pay that. We were told that based on our information they would not work with us as self-pay customers, only INSURANCE PAY CUSTOMERS. On 19 May 2020 I had a Oak Tree fall on my house. Highland was very responsive and did a great job in the initial and following stages of the work right up until completion. The estimator Angie was absolutely wonderful and very helpful through the whole process. The project Manager Patrick did a great job from the start, and up to the finish line. Patrick was very responsive and addressed every question I had in a timely manner and was great to work with. The subcontractors used by Highland did a absolutely wonderful job.

My home sustained moderate water damage from a water heater. Highland was there the next day with fans and removal of wet dry wall. I was very pleased concerning the outcome of repairs and renovations that were done to my home .Johnathan Conner was assigned the project manager and performed an outstanding job, whenever there was an issue he was available to solve the problem. I highly recommend Highland Construction and will use them in the future.

I have to say by far this has been a great experience starting first with Cody and Cain who came and completed the emergency board up of a window after my home was burglarized. Highland Construction was absolutely great to work with! We are 2500 miles away from our rental. It had a flood when the last renter vacated the property. Our insurance worked directly with Highland Construction, and the Highland Construction team kept us all up to date at every step in the process of getting our house repaired.
