No stars is more like it. I'm in the business of teaching companies and individuals about customer service. I have never, and I mean never, been treated so unprofessionally and with such disregard. Completely misinformed employees and paralyzed supervisors. I am a loss for words to describe the horrid experience. I invite and dare anyone from executive management to reach out to me regarding my experience. You will pick up this negative review up immediately. What will you do about it?

My husband's firm only offers carefirst. We have multiple medical issuse. First of all, none of my longtime doctors participate with carefirst. Most of my physicians did participate at one point but all 8 of my current doctors dropped carefirst ages ago because carefirst is a disaster and a headache.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have had a couple bad experiences with Carefirst, but let me tell you about a particularly awful one.
I requested that vision coverage be added to my policy for $2/month. Instead of simply adding vision coverage, they accidentally changed my policy to a "post-health care reform law policy", which nearly doubled my monthly premium. I have called several times to get this issue resolved, and it is still not over.
When I first received an inaccurate bill in the mail, I called and was told to wait to submit a payment because I would be receiving
