Hi! I'm Josh, owner of JLee's Carpet Cleaning in Edwardsville, IL. After working in the carpet cleaning business in the 90's, my dream was to one day return to it and share my knowledge and expertise with my customers. I wanted a business that not only provided excellent results and superior customer service but would also support my hometown and local community.
We can however, compare methods of cleaning and explain to you from a true professional perspective as we have used all of these methods and have real hands on experience. Soluble Dirt is not removed - a chemical is left behind that is stated to "break up the dirt" and vacuum away later (these claims are not supported by the Carpet & Rug Institute).
Pre-Inspection: We walk through your home with you to evaluate your needs. There are several different carpet materials and MANY different carpet types, your home is unique and therefore so is our approach to cleaning. This walk through includes a free pet urine assessment with moisture meter and blacklight.
JLee's staff is utilizing social distancing, face masks, gloves, foot covers, and cleaning equipment after every appointment. Contactless payment is also provided via our HouseCall Pro App. We use a special proprietary solution that helps break down urine and rinses it more easily from the carpet. Our only caveat is if urine has penetrated the padding, there is no current cleaning method that reliably deals with the pad outside of replacement.

I had lots of puppy stains (3 puppies), black gel ink, spills from my kiddos. Lots of stains that kept coming back. Almost every stain is completely gone. The few remain are drastically improved and barely visible. My carpets look fabulous!

Really needed the carpet cleaned. Josh arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed the job and gave me the quote. He explained the cleaning process and went right to work. Amazing!! The carpet brightened right up with the first pass of the machine. Stains lifted and odors came out. Josh was able to get the entire job done within about an hour and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

Josh did an awesome job cleaning all the carpeting in our house- Main floor, upstairs, and the basement. We have four kids and foot traffic is high and had spot stains in most areas of the house. Carpets look so clean, the stains lifted, and everything smells so fresh. Wish we had done this sooner! Josh was efficient, friendly, and professional. I wanted to use a local company to support local business and JLee’s surpassed my expectations. We will be using them again and recommending them to neighbors, family and friends.

I am a returning customer for the third time and will never look elsewhere for my carpet cleaning services! They pay close attention to detail and are quick . When it was finished I was expecting the quote to change after completing the four rooms and cleaning the new cat pet stain that emerged while they were there, but it didn’t! Just bought a new house and the previous owner never seemed to have cleaned the carpets and floors. We looked around and decided to go with JLee's. You can book online or over the phone. Everything was excellent. From the 1st phone call down to the home visit and cleaning.
