In 1995, Robert L. Garcia pursued his lifelong dream of starting a business. Robert founded Commercial Welding & Maintenance with one welding truck performing specialized welding and repair work while also working his day job as a Millwright. Through hard work and perseverance, Robert received his first automotive contract installing machinery and tooling.
