Universal Forming
In 2005 William Nagele & Todd Volheim opened the doors of Universal Forming, Inc. With over 40 years of successful concrete construction experience between them, they started their new company with the experience and knowledge necessary to manage & build large, complex concrete structures.

With Todd's and Bills leadership, it didn't take long for Universal Forming to grow into one of the leading concrete structure builders in the state of Florida.Over time, UFI has developed several long-lasting relationships with its customers. This didn't happen by chance or luck, rather it took a lot of hard work and determination along with follow through in these core areas.

Our customers rely on us to develop accurate and timely budgets that carry through from the design development to final construction documents. Learn more about our Scheduling & Logistics. Our preconstruction planning develops an aggressive structure schedule that is supported by an efficient hoisting/logistics plan, as well as the best forming and shoring system tailored for each project.
Services
All formwork, lay-out/field engineering, foundation and vertical concrete placement, and miscellaneous concrete scope items such as permanent safety and earthwork are performed in-house by Universal Forming employees. We provide preconstruction estimating services ranging from conceptual budgets to final numbers.
In order to properly execute a project, it must be properly planned. Universal Forming prides itself on providing superior project scheduling and Site Logistics Plans for each project. Universal Forming formulates a plan for a project where not only we can be successful, but where entire the project team can be successful as well.

That is the worst company to work for, their superintendents are arrogant, they treat people badly, they treat them like slaves and they only give you a break and sometimes not even that, even if you work more than 10 hours.

Critical: Quality
Agreeing with the review below. You may want to reconsider driving your company truck around going 95mph on I95, tailgating people, and then continuing to flip them the bird on your way by. Very unprofessional and not a great way to advertise your business. Good luck.

I would never trust a business who is driving like a complete maniac on i4, bobbing and weaving and almost running cars off of the road. Might want to rethink putting your business name on your white pickup truck if you can’t represent it properly. Stay safe :)
