We are very happy with our new roof and the service provided by Canga Restoration. James M. was courteous and professional when first approaching us and getting the process started. Madison G was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She was a determined and persuasive advocate for us during the insurance inspection process and was helpful and knowledgeable for materials selection and installation planning. The roofing crew were very hard working, skilled and professional and got the job done in 1 day as promised. Great job by all!

Canga Roofing had a representative, Ivan Martinez, who stopped by for a roof inspection after a hail storm about a year earlier. Ivan was very personable, well dressed, and a good representative. After his roof inspection, he showed me photos of the damage he had found. He then discussed how, with my approval, he could represent me to my homeowners insurance for possible roof replacement. He took care of all communications with them, setting up their inspection for the hail damage, and all the follow up for the claim. The claim was approved. The replacement roofing work was scheduled and completed

I contacted Ivan Martinez through direct marketing that he provided. He had a immediate response. He met with us the following day to inspect our home. I would definitely recommend this company due to the professionalism and hard work ethic that Ivan displayed in order to get our home approved. After a bad storm I was working in my yard. A gentleman walked up and introduced himself as Eric Sawicki from Canga. He mentioned he would like to look at my damaged roof and give me an estimate. He handled everything for me, even talking to my insurance company and all. The job was done so professionally from start to finish. Great company.

Canga restoration did an amazing job on my roof! My neighbor recommended them as they done an amazing job on their roof.
Eric helped us from start to finish he made sure I was updated throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Roof was installed in one day and the clean up was great!

Worst company i have ever dealt with on any level from start to finish. Their 1 day job has taken almost 3 months to complete partly because they had to come back and fix all of the damage and mess they caused. Except the driveway their dumpster busted...they won't fix that. Then when I confronted the gm Tony about very suspicious charges on my estimate I was being charged his response was " im not charging you anything im charging insurance co". Yes it was an insurance claim but that doesn't mean its ok to pad the charges. Then before they were even done with their work he

We called Carlos/Canga Restoration after we experienced hail damage on our home. They responded quickly, professionally and did very good work. The process was seamless, as they worked directly with my insurance company and completed the job in a "touch-less" fashion. To add the work was completed but it was stressful which only added to a complicated pregnancy. I personally wouldn't use this company again and mind you I had no out of pocket cost. I am one to have a discussion, come to an agreement, and only be satisfied with our agreement not being changed. Everything changed with what we agreed to. I felt it took extremely long to complete the job and in the end it became a rush because I wanted it completely finished prior to given birth although that did not happen. I would have not rated any stars if I could. They canceled contract with me then kept $1632.98 from a check that my insurance gave them to start the job. They Never did any work and got a nice payday. I would stay clear of this business. They had 2 months to do my roof and they decided they didn't want to have are business. How is this legal when I Wasn't the One who canceled contract. BEWARE!!!

I just had my house and garage roofing tiles replaced, and gutters added to my garage by this contractor. You deal directly with the owner who you will find to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and cordial. No pressure. He works directly with your insurance company, arranges the permits, and honors all commitments. One added incentive is that he is also a licensed adjuster. He worked beside my insurance company's adjuster so he could validate his assessment, and made the entire process seamless. Nowadays, you're never quite sure about the quality of a potential contractor
