Needed to replace some parts on my oil burner. Staff helped me and had everything I needed. Serviced our heater for 50 bucks in parts. I reccomend AVCO if your a DIY person and want to save money.

Awful customer service charged me 25% restocking fee for a part that was under warranty. Started getting loud with me when I was looking at calculation. Told me he knew nothing about this being warranty part and wouldn’t let me speak with the person who took order in. Spent 10 k with this vendor and treated me with the most unprofessional service. Will never be going there or recommending them. Pure theft only because I was a female.

I am very sick and can not afford to have my heater worked on.
Not only did they sell me the parts I needed very reasonable
But tested my transformer for me free of charge. Rather then sell me a part I didn't need. Then gave me some tec. advise that helped me get the heater running sweet! QUALITY PEOPLE !
