This is by far the nicest furniture store in the area. Their furniture is absolutely gorgeous. Their accessories are also gorgeous. The staff is super nice and not pushy at all. Anyone complaining about the wait for their orders have obviously been living in a cave. This is a NATIONWIDE issue. Go to ANY furniture store and you'll hear the same thing. Some are even saying it could take 9-12 months to get your order. Life will return to normal eventually, but in the meantime this is just how it is.

We ordered a dining set in early Nov and were told it would be in in late March, which seems like a really long time. It arrived in late April. The really frustrating thing is that delivery is scheduled for 9 am to 3 pm. That's it. No 3 hr window, no morning or afternoon. I called the store at 12:45 pm the day of delivery , asking if they could contact the driver for a a time. Nope-can't do that. "They'll call when they're on the way." Customer service is CLEARLY not a priority here. Won't use again. There are plenty of other furniture stores in the area.

C&E Furniture is a fantastic place to shop for beautiful furniture and accessories! I know if I need anything for my beach home this is where I shop. Katie is very creative in picking out items! I have also received interior decor advice from Katie and Erica. They have both come to my home and were very helpful and such a super help in pulling things together. It’s a very friendly shop!!

I have been shopping at C and E Furniture for about 8 years. They have furnished my beach condo in North Ocean City and my primary residence in Lewes Delaware. Katie and her team have been awesome to work with. They actually furnished my whole house in Lewes, And it looks like a model. Everything is in its place it looks great. In the past few years, I have had issues with a piece and when I called Katie for help, she was right on it meeting my expectations. I highly recommend C and E Furniture. They do the right things every day. One last note, the delivery people are very professional specifically

Tis the season! 🎄 I have always loved browsing through your gorgeous showroom. And this summer I purchased the sofa I have been dreaming of! I had to throw in a console, coffee table and a few end tables! 🤷🏻♀️… It took forever to get here however that was NO FAULT of the store. (Stinking covid😷) But it was well worth the wait and I am extremely happy! The entire staff is top notch... Let’s not forget the dynamic duo Chris and Jerry who delivered my pieces! They were the bomb 💣 I mean when they pulled out the steamer my heart

A big Thank You to the Sales staff at C & E.....our new couch is awesome and so comfy to lounge on. We should have bought it 2-1/2 years ago when we were in the store but we made the buyers mistake of going… elsewhere. Unfortunately my experience with Katie was very unpleasant. We started off great, but after being mislead about time and deadlines for what I wanted done things went down hill from there. After sharing my feelings about the way things went via email, Katie chose to be very unprofessional and respond with a very disgruntle email! It took many phone calls, emails and weeks to recieve my money back for designing services, and my house key. Katie still has the only copy of my house plans but claims a contractor she brought out one time has them. I have no way of contacting this contractor since I only

From start to finish had an amazing experience at C&E! They have beautiful products in their showroom but will also take the time to sit and plan alternative options with you if necessary. They truly seem to value their customers and bonus! They’re local so you can feel good about shopping small.
To cap off the awesome experience they delivered on… time and as promised - Chris and Jerry were professional, courteous, and genuinely amazing - they even helped us move our old couch into another room for us!

My husband and I went into C&E furniture looking for ideas for our new house. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we told them what we were looking for, they picked out the perfect pieces that matched our style. The design process was easy and a lot of fun. It took a while for everything to come in, but we ordered a lot of custom pieces, so that is understandable. The delivery guys were awesome and overall, everything looks great!

Be prepared to wait a very long time, and then wait a little longer, for any furniture ordered. Their billing system is also very confusing and they seem irritated when questions are asked about billing. I didn't feel appreciated at all by salespeople after I spent over $6000 in their store. They have a very very strict no exchange no return policy on EVERYTHING. Nice furniture and accessories and fair prices (but no bargains). Delivery guys are great.
