I can't say enough great things about Neligan. First a full crew for the roof and chimney who worked tirelessly to get it done and then along came Jason & Jimmy for the gutters. So polite in answering questions, explaining the gutter system and how to keep it clean, and showing us how great the gutters looked :-) They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend.

Our realtor recommended Neligan six years ago to install a roof on our new home. They did a beautiful job, so we decided to call them again when we needed new gutters. Greg came out immediately to give us an estimate, suggesting great solutions for the problem areas. We gave them the go ahead, and within days their employees, Jason and Dayton were out to do the job, and what a fantastic job they did! Every worker at Neligan Roofing was so personable, responsive and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Stephan and Juan for their diligence and attention. The workers did a DOUBLE SHIFT during the rainy season to change our roof that had a leak. They fixed an issue in a roof valley that 2 other companies didn’t touch. I was told, “We aren’t the most expensive or the cheapest. More middle of the road price wise.” Very capable people.

My husband and I recently used Neligan to install a new roof. They came highly recommended and now I understand why. Nick was great to work with, he walked us through all of our options and was very thorough. When it came time to install the roof Juan and his team arrived on time and were amazing. I was very comfortable with everyone and the communication was great! Juan and Nick came back the next day and did separate walk throughs to make certain everything was perfect. We did have a small issue with an older sky light that we had but Juan showed up, like the rock start he is, and fixed it !

Stephen was great, when he did the inspection and estimate. No pressure, told us how we could make a minor repair ourself and expressed that we might be able to get a few more years out of our roof. Hurricane season was almost here, and I did not want to wait as our original roof was probably not up to.another bad storm.
