Home Builders was established to address a specific need of production builders; provide a per-home service on a routine basis to maintain clean jobsites. Never give this company your credit card information. I have been dealing with this company for a few years and they had adequate service. It's a roll off company, how complicated can it be? But they decided to double charge me on an invoice, admit that it was a mistake, and never refunded the double charge to me.
Don't waste your time calling either. I have made 5 phone calls and still nothing. Finally had to dispute it with my credit card company.

I used them twice and liked them at first. Then I called in and asked for a Saturday pickup since I had scheduled someone Friday afternoon to finish some debris removal. I came home Friday to see the dumpster gone. When I called the woman I talked to told me they do t do Saturday dumpster pick up and if I had I asked for Saturday she would have told me that. Clearly she misheard the day I asked for. My contractor standing next to me when I called to schedule confirmed that I asked for Saturday. Instead of simply admitting her mistake and at least offering a discount on new dumpster she told me

Do not use this company. Ordered a dumpster on a Thursday for a 3 day rental. It was dropped off on Friday after 2pm. When I arrived at the construction site on Monday morning, it had already been hauled away (before 9am). I called them to ask how a 3-day rental can last less than 72 hours (I'm no math whiz but I can count hours) and was told I was in the wrong, that they get to drop off and pick up whenever they want, and if I didn't like it take my business elsewhere. Then they hung up on me.
Lots of companies with roll-away service out there, choose anyone else.

I called HBS on Friday 10-24 for a quote of their 20 yard dumpster after calling 5 other businesses to compare prices and services involved. We were looking for a 3 day rental of a 20 yard dumpster. HBS had the best price and beat the other 5 businesses by at least $75.00.
HBS delivered the dumpster with in 2 hours of my order. The driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Since the dumpster was so large, it did not fit on my driveway very well and the driver moved the dumpster to the street. I called HBS after the driver left and asked if they would
