If I could give minus zero stars, I would, I posted 5 star review 4 months ago and haven't seen them since. I had Chris who was great and then taken off my neighborhood. I chased lady down in Jay Taylor car and she had no idea who I was. She came and promised I'm on route and scheduled for service. Never saw her again. Every month I call....one month they went and did next door neighbors...thanks ...and always sorry but no service and always same sorry story- always calling customer service which is useless. Go somewhere else....anywhere else....Jay Taylor takes HOA contracts and doesn't fulfill

We are absolutely impressed with Jay Taylor Ext. not only for their honest quote for service for termite treatment but for Eric who was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, exhibited being an experienced technician and informative about the process. We have not used this company but were impressed with "Steve". We observed him buying candy bars for all the front end staff at Harris Teeter. Apparently he does this every week and has been doing so for years. Such a random act of kindness caught our eye. If we need an exterminator, this will be a company we consider due to caliper of professionalism outside of work.
