Kevin and his team did a fantastic job! We just purchased a house and had a few updates we wanted to get outa the way. They removed popcorn ceilings throughout, demo'd a huge mirror and fireplace. Also needed fresh paint throughout. I've never done a Reno before and this went great. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them for future projects!

We hired Kevin Nikjou with AAA Remodeling to work his magic on our outdated kitchen. We signed our contract the day California went on lockdown because of the pandemic. That did not stop Kevin from doing an absolute amazing job. We had a wall removed and the kitchen completely gutted and rebuilt. Kevin is a creative genius. Our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous!!! Highly recommend AAA Remodeling.

Kevin Nikjou took on our Mission Viejo remodel of a 1960's house at the very beginning of the Covid shut downs. Despite that challenge, he brought his team of wonderful subcontractors in on a record time of only about 4 months, and our remodel was extensive. Walls moved, structural beam added, new FAU, new air, replumbed the entire house, new wiring, new lighting new doors and windows installed, flooring, painting, the works. We needed to move in before Summer so that we could remodel our previous home and put it on the Summer market. He did that remodel as well and again, in record time.

Kevin and his team at AAA are honest, easy to work with, great with communication, fair priced and do excellent work. They removed our carpet upstairs and put in laminate flooring and it came out beautiful. Kevin is a true professional and great at what he does. It is clear he is seasoned in his field. WE HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AAA!! KEVIN WAS AN ABSENT PROJECT MANAGER FROM THE BEGINNING!! IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING HE SHOWED NO SHAME TO IT EITHER. HE EXPECTED US TO BE THE DESIGNER AND MANAGE HIS CREW TO ENSURE THEY WERE FOLLOWING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. RIGHT AWAY HIS CREW FAILED TO SET UP PLASTIC TARPS SO DUST AND DEBRIS DIDN'T GET TO THE REST OF THE HOUSE. AFTER A COUPLE DAYS (A COUPLE DAYS!!) OF COMPLAINING THEY FINALLY LISTENED AND SET THE PLASTIC UP. DID KEVIN STOP BY AT ALL?? NO!! THE COMMUNICATION WAS SAD. HE BROUGHT IN A NEW WINDOW THAT WAS DAMAGED AND REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. After an unfortunate water accident in my condo, I had to replace my entire laminate wood flooring. A coworker of mine had recently changed her flooring through AAA Remodeling, so she and her husband referred me to Kevin. Boy, I'm sure glad they did!
With Kevin's guidance and my remodel interests, I ended up choosing Luxury Vinyl (waterproof panels) to update my new floor. It can be overwhelming to look at all the floor samples at first, but narrowing down to THE ONE was simple with Kevin's help.

We added a second story to our house, big undertaking of a project. Kevin, contractor, is good about answering the phone and answering questions. Used good subcontractors that worked fast and were easy to communicate changes with. Project was estimated at just under 6 months, it took 7. From my understanding the city inspector we had was a large reason for the delay. Has lots of options in his showroom.

The first contractor I've called off a Craigslist ad. They claim that their prices are lower than anyone else which is a complete lie. They charge double the amount that I was quoted by three other very well established 5 star contractors.
Kevin quoted me a price over the phone and was going down the list of how much everything would cost. Kevin was very attentive to the work as it was being done and personally checked progress daily as the work was being done. AAA Remodeling replaced carpet throughout our office yesterday. We had short notice, and quick turnaround, and these guys really came through. Our order was placed on Tuesday, and our carpet was completely finished by Thursday. They were completely professional, got to work immediately, and worked fast. Prices were fair, and the service was great. I will be using them again in the future.

I've used Kevin for four jobs- two residential and two businesses over the years. What I like is that I can go to him to manage multiple projects within one job instead of having to use different contractors. This last job we did demo, electrical, tile, paint, wall construction, shelving, bathroom, etc. He managed all the contractors and showed up at the job all the time to check on the work. The job was finished quickly, quality was good and the price was reasonable. I would recommend AAA.

I had AAA remodel my master bathroom and install new flooring. I am a thrifty customer and am very happy to have paid a reasonable price to receive impeccable FIVE STAR service. Kevin and Sahar were always easy to reach, even after I had paid in full! Whether I contact them via text, email, or phone, they always respond immediately and come out to my house when needed. They are also on top of the current design trend and know what looks good. We passed all the inspections and I am happy knowing that the value of my property has increased with stunning, fully permitted remodels.
