Straight Line was very professional and thorough. We had a roof replaced and they handled all repairs and installation of the new roof. They were detail oriented and kept us apprised of progress and issues all along the way. We would use them again.

I called on a Thursday about a persistent leak, knowing there was a storm coming on Monday. Our first surprise was that someone could be here Saturday. I thought to myself “this is going to be expensive” as they answered the phone, and they’re coming out quickly, on a Saturday no less.
Jack, the owner, called 20 minutes past his scheduled arrival. He apologized and said he was a half hour away. He inspected and found some possible issues. Second surprise, he fixed them on the spot.

Jack came out to my house in Folsom to give me an estimate. Jack was very professional and was very good at explaining the issues with my roof. He even took the time to temporarily fix some areas (no charge) that I was having leaks since we are in the middle of winter. Overall great experience and would recommend him to anyone in the future.

I really wish I could give a better review here as everyone I dealt with was nice enough and was responsive when I reached out. This will be longer as I hope the business and future customers can learn from my experience. The job was repair for concrete tile roof with new gutters and dry rot repair as well. Timeline for job was initially said to be one week and project started 10/11. After multiple delays, initial completion was the week of 11/1. After I took a visual inspection I noticed things were missed. Per my request, PM came out and agreed there was work to be done. Official completion ended

Jack came over to determine what was causing a water spot on my living room ceiling. He did a thorough job and took a video of the condition of the roof and what was likely the cause of the leak. He made the repair for me free of charge. Based on the video he provided and his knowledge and expertise, I asked him to provide me an estimate for a long term solution to my problem. He provided me a few different options with no pressure or up selling. I highly recommend their services!

Although extremely busy, the owner came to my place to examine some roofing issues I was having the day after I called. He was very helpful in explaining all of my options and even did a minor repair for free to alleviate some immediate needs. He was honest, fair, and genuinely concerned about making sure I had my needs met - even went so far as calling a potential competitor company to see if they could assist. I would highly recommend Straight Line.
As an aside, the water remediation guy I called the day was the one that recommended Straight Line - he said there was no other roofer he trusted

Straight Line Construction was very easy to work with and dealt very well with a lot of changes and additions to our project. In addition, all the guys who came to our house were awesome - especially Andy and Gus! Those guys were just fun to have around, but were also very focused on taking care of all the details. I enjoyed having them at my house! Way to go Straight Line! It's like we have a brand new house!

Straight Line Construction resided my home with LP SmartSide trim and siding, which included replacing dry-rot siding and repairing hidden termite damage. Project manager Shaun was patient and did his best to see all my concerns were answered. The work crew was fabulous: came on time every day, worked well in the heat, allowed me time to make some new outdoor lighting choices, and walked me around and explained at every level of siding repair, removal and installation and were great with figuring out my cable wires, which I had no clue about. Plus, they cleaned up afterward, everyday of the 9 day

Straight Line Construction came in with the best price after getting quotes from 3 other respected roofers in the area. Not only were they quick to respond, but answered any questions as well. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, we received photos of the individual whom was working with up to date start times and they were super efficient and all polite as well.
